The NNPTC Online STD Case Series
- Course Content: This web-based case series is designed for practicing clinicians who diagnose, treat and manage patients with, or at risk for, STDs. The series includes case presentations of common STD-related syndromes with a guided, interactive process to evaluate each case, arrive at a diagnosis and provide recommended treatment. In addition, each case is designed to improve skills in assessing patient risk, communicating risk reduction techniques and managing partners.

Just Ask! Communicating Confidently about STDs, HIV, and Sexual Activity
- Course Content: An interactive multi-media course for clinic staff. Recognizing that discussions with patients about sexual activity and associated risks are uncomfortable for many providers, this online course presents communication strategies and methods that will enable health care professionals to confidently interact with patients during the assessment, screening, treatment, and prevention of HIV and STDs.

Regional Training Center for Family Planning
JSI manages the Regional Training and Technical Assistance Center for Family Planning (RTC) in New England. The RTC offers training on reproductive health and HIV/AIDS clinical, managerial, counseling, and health education topics. The training and technical assistance (TA) activities are designed to update, improve, and maintain a high level of knowledge and job-specific and organizational skills. JSI has broadened the traditional training agenda to include distance learning via communication technologies, such as audio-conferencing, teleconferencing, and web-based training technologies to cost-effectively reach family planning staff at diverse and geographically scattered sites.
The STD/HIV Prevention Training Center of New England
The Sylvie Ratelle STD/HIV Prevention Training Center (PTC) is a project of the Division of STD Prevention, Massachusetts Department of Public Health. The PTC is part of the National Network of STD/HIV Prevention Training Centers, which are funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). In conjunction with regional medical schools, health departments, and the National Laboratory Training Network (NLTN), the Ratelle PTC offers courses for health care providers and laboratorians in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of sexually transmitted diseases and the prevention of HIV.
